This group is inclusive of anyone who shares the beliefs of Humanism or Freethought.  Freethought is a philosophical viewpoint that holds that opinions should be formed on the basis of science, logic, and reason, and should not be influenced by authority, tradition, or any dogma.  Humanism believes in the prmacy of human, rather than divine or supernatual matters. This is a group about knitting - meeting up to discuss and exchange patterns, knit together, and just chat and socialize. If you don't know how, no problem! We can teach you the basics.   My hope, as the team leader, is that we will meet to enjoy the company of other knitters, snack and knit together.
