A new coffee shop in White Rock has opened up. Finally White Rock has a coffee shop on the same level as JJ Bean, Artigiano, and 48th Parallel. Small Ritual Coffee Society has opened up at the guidance of JJ bean and as a registered non-profit! The owner Pete loves his coffee.
