Who hasn't noticed gas prices skyrocketing ?
So how are you getting to Maum's?
If you're like me - and probably almost everyone else - you'll drive in a car by yourself, as opposed to , say, carpooling or Marta.
So we're a long way from radically changing how we get around in Atlanta.
If someone had said two years ago: Hey - Gas will be over four dollars a gallon pretty soon...would you have said or thought that would mean, for sure, that you'd be doing things really differently around driving? Are you already doing some things differently (combining errands, sharing rides, etc.) ?
What will it take before our ways of getting around change dramatically - Gas at $6.00 a gallon$ ? $7.00 ?
Could there be any silver lining to this - maybe people having to rely on each other more?
At some point Sunday night - along with just hanging out chilling, enjoying that Korean coffeehouse ambience - chatting about this could be interesting
