Announcing a new meeting for C.O.F.F.I.E. - Cafes Offering Fun,Funky Intown Experiences!
What: Our First House Party ! - This Saturday (March 29) in Grant Park

Meeting Description: Hi All
It's time. Our events have been averaging a dozen people a shot, and we have over 160 members.
A house party will allow for more people to come, and a relaxed atmosphere. Val - who's been a regular attendee - has a nice space with hardwood floors (recently moved in), and has graciously invited us to show up this Saturday night and have fun.
Please bring : - Coffee or tea (something unusual would be great); and/or
- Desert; or
- Wine
The evening will be about , eating, imbibing and chatting, and eventually a group game , probably Scruples, which I've played with people at parties on three other occasions, and which has always been a blast. I'm open to other suggestions for group games - write in if you have an idea. Later in the night, for those still aound - and so inclined - we might go dancing, either at a club (MJQ ?) , or on Val's wood floor upstairs. We'll see...
We could use a few extra coffeemakers. Can anyone bring one?
If anyone has a great recipe for a coffeecake, or can make one themselves, let me know.
As before, if you are 75% sure you can come, go ahead and say Yes.
