No need to start a new group if just post your idea on this group through Erik and maybe a couple of others ( which have similar themes to the book you choose) and then make it a coffee and book discussion. If you make you own meetup will cost you the fee at $19 a month and you probably wont get that many more people than just utilizing the established groups. Also, the Traingle Environmental Network meetup is starting a book discussion soon so you may want to see if it is one that interets you. Once you get a following you can spread out the cost and get your own group going.

yea... Im in. This new place, Metro Cafe, in city market will offer live music, art, wine tastings, coffee, desserts...it's cute and cozy. Anybody have a book club, or know anyone that does? I'd love to start one...
