Meeting Description

Who

Everyone! This may be a bit further than some of the other meetups for you, but this is a really neat location. It is in downtown Maryville, and acts as the store front to an old dinner theater. You really have to see this one.

Why

No seriously! Check the website, and then come. This is a really cool place. http://www.historiccapitoltheatre.c om

Organized by

"We will be the group . . . . meeting for coffee . . . . No seriously; we will probably be the only group there, so you won't miss us. But don't miss us because you didn't come. You are going to like this site!"
--Natalie

Details

Same old agenda as usual. Hang out with our amazing-selves. (I guess I can really only speak for myself, so the comment still stands.)
But do . . . .
Venture to chill with the group in yet another dynamic location. The owner has his own art studio in the loft of this old theater. He also sells locally made jewelry, so ladies be prepared. ;)

In case anyone doesn't know, you bear left when Alcoa Highway splits at the airport (follow the signs to Maryville/Townsend). Then keep going straight for a long ways, and the bridge into Maryville is just after you pass the Kroger. I didn't want to send anyone to the mall by accident.

In case anyone needs directions from Knoxville, it's real easy- just take Alcoa Highway all the way into Maryville. When you cross the bridge from Alcoa into Maryville, turn right at the first light (Broadway); that'll take you straight to it. There's a free parking lot in front of Sullivan's, which is just a few stores down from the Capitol (the lot gets pretty crowded at dinner time, but you might catch someone leaving).

Wow! I just checked out the website for Capitol Coffee and now I'm really excited to go to Maryville! And then, of course, there's The Tomato Head for dinner beforehand. :-)
