Just wanted to get an idea as to how much interest there is in this event so that I can get the best discounted rate for our group members..

Hey everyone, I've been talking with the chef of Goccia (where we held the last event) and came up with the following menu for $35 per person (gratuity and taxes not included). See the menu below... My question is, given the menu and price, how many of you would be interested in attending? With enough people, I will try to further negotiate the price. Event Menu: *Appetizer - Organic field greens salad with a "Colombian South Huila Pitalito" balsamic vinaigrette *Tasting of - Espresso risotto with wild mushrooms and caramelized tomatoes *Entree (choice of the following) - Chicken breast with a "Colombian South Huila Pitalito" glaze, mashed potatoes and spinach or Pork tenderloin prepared with a Southwestern coffee rub, grilled corn in husk, and potatoes gratin *Desert - Chocolate molten cake with a chocolate espresso center, garnished with espresso flavored whipped cream and French pressed coffee. ***You can choose more than one selection in the poll.

Hey Cuppers, just tossing around the idea of having a tea cupping, to highlight some of the similarities with that of coffee. How many of you would be interested in participating in one???

Our next cupping is 2 weeks away and I thought to get in the spirit of things, I would kick it off with a fun poll to see what different storage methods you all use.
