I was able to reserve the conference room which holds up to 20 people from 10:30 - 12:00. This is a great central location and I plan to go to a craft sale at the YWCA just a couple miles further down lake street after coffee and this may be a fun activity for after coffee if others are interested. There are also walking paths nearby if turns out to be a nice December day. Or the Longfellow grill is right next door if people what to have lunch after coffee.
This is also close to the riverview theatre and both downtowns.
