  • “ It looks like attendance is a problem. I would try to find out from those who said they would attend but didn't, what was the reason. Do they think it is no big deal to make a commitment and not follow through on it? In that case, the RSVP system is not reliable. Also, if no organizers attend an event, what's the point of the group? If this isn't the first time, then that sets an example for others and the group won't be taken seriously. ”
